The Digital Tutor ("we", "us", "our") provides practical AI, automation, and cloud training, coaching, and done-for-you automation services, founded by Ibrahim Malick. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit thedigitaltutor.net, fill in a form, or communicate with us by email, phone, WhatsApp, or text message (SMS).

2. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the topic and message you send through our contact form, your answers to the free AI assessment, and which free resource you request.
- Communications: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, or SMS, and your replies to our messages.
- Technical information: our hosting provider and the services that deliver our fonts may receive standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages requested, as part of serving the website.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and requests.
- To send you the free resources or learning recommendations you ask for.
- To schedule and deliver coaching sessions and automation projects.
- To send service messages, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and project updates.
- With your consent, to send occasional updates about courses, resources, and services. You can opt out at any time.
- To keep our website and services secure and to meet legal obligations.
4. Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from The Digital Tutor, we use your number to send the messages you agreed to, such as replies to your inquiries, appointment reminders, and service updates. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

5. How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, email and document storage, scheduling, and messaging providers, who may only use it to provide their service to us.
- Authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Our courses are sold on Udemy, and some links lead to other platforms such as YouTube, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. Those platforms have their own privacy policies.
6. How long we keep information
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see section 8).
7. Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message.
- Access, correction, deletion: email ibrahim@thedigitaltutor.net to request a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
9. Children
Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
