These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of thedigitaltutor.net and the services of The Digital Tutor ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website, submitting a form, booking a session, or opting in to our messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Our services
- Courses: our self-paced courses are sold and delivered through Udemy, under Udemy's own terms.
- Coaching: strategy calls, build sessions, and builder sprints with Ibrahim Malick.
- Automation services: done-for-you projects. The scope, price, timeline, and deliverables of each project are agreed in writing before work starts.
- Free resources: checklists, templates, and guides offered for download.
3. Using the website and free resources
You may use the website and download our free resources for your own learning and internal business use. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute our content as your own without written permission. All content on this site, including text, graphics, and downloadable resources, belongs to The Digital Tutor unless stated otherwise.
You agree not to misuse the website, including submitting false information, sending spam through our forms, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
4. No guarantees and no professional advice
Our training, coaching, and resources are educational. We do not guarantee any particular result, such as passing an exam, getting a job, or a specific business outcome. Resources about legal workflows are for workflow planning only and are not legal advice. Certification details, such as AWS exams, can change, so always check the official provider's current information.
5. SMS text messaging terms
Program: The Digital Tutor sends text messages to people who opt in, for example by providing their mobile number on our website and agreeing to receive texts, or by texting us first.
Messages you may receive: replies to your inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, coaching and project updates, and, if you agreed to them, occasional updates about our courses, resources, and services.

- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further messages unless you opt in again.

We handle your mobile number as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Bookings and paid services
Fees, payment terms, rescheduling, and cancellation for coaching and automation projects are confirmed in writing when you book or accept a proposal. If those written terms differ from these Terms, the written terms for that engagement apply.
7. Third-party platforms
Our website links to third-party platforms such as Udemy, YouTube, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
8. Limitation of liability
The website and free resources are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Digital Tutor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, resources, or services. Our total liability for any paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
